Liming, turns away from the spectacle associated with Carnival to attend to the social world around it.  Across three channels, people walk the route, sit and watch, play cricket gather around vendors, and occupy the space at their own pace.  Drawing on the Trinidadian practice of liming—spending unhurried time together—the work considers rest, sociality, and communal presence as forms of well-being.
