HERE, THEN

"Here, Then" brings photographs and poetry together to explore how one place can hold the memory of another. Made in Kensington Market, the work moves between Toronto and Jamaica, the present and the remembered. The photographs and poems do not illustrate one another; they create a space between image and language where migration, absence, and belonging can coexist. "Here, Then" considers place not as fixed geography, but as something carried—shaped by memory, distance, and the persistence of home.
